Here's a quick interim Blog post while I am completing editing on a major shoot that took place on my birthday October 28th. More on that in my next Blog post, but in the meantime, here are a selection of images from a trip to our local Japanese Garden here in Cornwall. This little oasis in the coastal village of St Mawgan Porth is actually adjacent to our only airport, but it is so hidden away that you would never notice. This was my first real try at capturing Autumn (or Fall for our American cousins) colours due to being away last week and lots of other boring reasons. We had had a huge gale the day before, so I was worried there would be no leaves left, but in fact the gale had done us a favour in that leaves were strewn around in a way that added to the charm of the place. So, take a look at this little slideshow all taken with the new 16-55mm lens, often set at f2.8 to test it out. Thanks for looking and keep an eye out for more content coming very soon.
